We prioritize the comfort of our patients at Hospitaprime. From your arrival, we cover all your accommodation and transportation needs. Your transfers from the airport to your hotel and our clinic will be organized by us, and we will arrange the most suitable accommodation options for you.

Upon your arrival at Hospitaprime, your assigned medical coordinator will greet you and manage all the necessary procedures to initiate your treatment process. Throughout your treatment, our medical team will do their utmost to meet all your needs and answer your questions.

During your treatment process, we aim to maintain the highest level of patient health and comfort. Simultaneously, we provide opportunities for you to explore unique tourist sites and experiences in Istanbul. Outside your treatment process, we arrange excursions and cultural activities to allow you to explore the beauty and rich cultural heritage of Turkey.

Even after your treatment process is completed, our relationship with you does not end. We provide regular check-ups and support to monitor our patients’ health status and support the recovery process. We will answer all your questions and provide all the help you need in the post-treatment period.
