⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about my experience with HospitaPrime. Traveling to another country for major dental treatment, especially zygomatic implants, is a big decision, and having the right people taking care of you makes all the difference. Dr. Eren Pera immediately put me at ease with his calm demeanor. He took the time to explain why zygomatic implants were the right treatment for me, what the procedure involved, and what I could expect. I had a lot of questions and concerns, and he answered every one of them without ever making me feel rushed. His knowledge, confidence, and the way he explained everything gave me the reassurance I needed to feel comfortable moving forward with my treatment. Dr. Bahar Tekli Gürgen, the Prosthodontics Specialist, was wonderful. She explained everything to me as she was doing it, so I always knew what was happening and what to expect. She also has a great sense of humor! She made me laugh and helped keep me relaxed during treatment. I felt very comfortable with her and knew I was in capable hands. Sharif Pera, Dr. Eren Pera’s brother, worked right alongside his brother and was another important part of my experience. He picked me up for my clinic appointments and took me back to my hotel afterward. He was always professional, dependable, and on time. He was even in the operating room assisting his brother during my procedure. I felt very comfortable and safe with both of them. And then there is Mel, my contact at HospitaPrime. I honestly don’t think there was a time of day that I messaged him when he didn’t respond. If he didn’t know the answer to one of my questions, he would find out and get back to me. He took care of me, reassured me when I was nervous, and made the whole experience so much less stressful. I truly believe if I had asked Mel to move a mountain, he would have tried to find a way to do it! 😂 What stands out to me most is that I never felt like I was just another patient. I felt cared for as a person. From my treatment to transportation, communication, and all the little things in between, I felt like I had people around me who genuinely wanted me to be comfortable and taken care of. Putting your trust in doctors in another country for something as serious as zygomatic implant surgery can be scary. Dr. Eren Pera, Dr. Bahar Tekli Gürgen, Sharif, and Mel made a difficult and emotional journey so much easier for me. I am truly grateful to all of you. I can only say great things about Eren Pera and his team. I had done extensive research and consulted with multiple surgeons. My case was more complex than standard. When it comes to orthognatic surgery, you want to dive deep. I was already offered to do this surgery for free in my home country through the public health care system. I forfeited that option as limited information is given, and almost the sole priority is to have a stable occlusion which I already had. My problem was wrong treatment growing up with tooth agenesia, so I had already existing dental implants. They essentially built the house on a non existing foundation. Eren Pera was able to perform a triple jaw surgery with already existing dental implants in place and archived a great result not only function wise, but cosmetic which was my biggest concern. He has a great eye for aesthetics and I highly recommend Eren Pera and his team. Another thing worth mentioning is that you are provided great detailed explanations to all of your questions. Hospitaprime’de implant, kanal tedavisi ve daha önce farklı kliniklerde yapılmış olan kaplamalarımı da yenilettim. Süreç boyunca her işlem öncesinde ve sonrasında detaylı bir şekilde bilgilendirildim. Eski kaplamalarımın neden olduğu kötü kokudan da tamamen kurtulmuş oldum. Tedavimin sonucundan çok memnunum. I am writing this review for people who, like I was not long ago, have almost lost hope of finding a doctor who can truly help. Over the past year, I had consultations with numerous oral and maxillofacial surgeons in the United States and Central Europe. My case was extremely complex: severe bone loss in the upper jaw, chronic infections, and the need for full-mouth rehabilitation. After receiving conflicting opinions and no clear treatment plan, I was close to giving up. Fortunately, thanks to reviews from other patients, I found Hospitaprime. From my very first email, I immediately felt the difference. Every one of my questions was answered thoroughly. I received a clear treatment plan with completely transparent pricing, and the entire process—from airport pickup to every follow-up appointment—was carefully organized in advance. Everything was planned perfectly. The final cost matched the original treatment plan exactly. There were no hidden fees, unexpected charges, or changes in price. Before making any payment, I received a detailed written treatment plan, and after the surgery I was provided with all financial documents, receipts, and certificates for the implants that were placed. This level of transparency inspires genuine trust. On July 29, I underwent surgery under local anesthesia with intravenous sedation, and everything went perfectly. After the operation, I never once felt abandoned. The clinic's team was always there for me, carefully monitored my recovery, and accompanied me to every follow-up visit. Although my husband was on another continent, the clinic kept him informed about my condition throughout my treatment, which meant a great deal to both of us. When my temporary fixed prostheses were placed and I saw my new smile for the first time, I couldn't hold back my tears. After years of pain, infections, and an endless search for the right doctor, I finally achieved the result I had been dreaming of. Today I am back home and feeling well. I still have several months of recovery ahead of me, followed by the second stage of my treatment, but I am absolutely certain that I made the right choice. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Eren Pera and the entire Hospitaprime team for their outstanding professionalism, genuine care, and honest approach to patient care. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for truly exceptional treatment.
