HospitaPrime has been recommended to me by a friend who has had his jaw realignment done with them. My initial contact with the team was straight forward and transparent. They responded quickly and answered all my questions in detail. Everything was clear such as the procedures and the costs. I wanted to have a full restoration as I haven't been to a dentist in years. I knew what needed to be done for each tooth. I wanted a bridge replaced with implants, and all old and existing fillings replaced with new ones. I had a few cracked teeth and teeth that were discoloured and some that were sensitive while eating. And I needed them cleaned and whitened. I booked a week in Istanbul and was basically seen every day of the week, with a day or two for recovery from the initial stage of the implants. Getting to the clinic is quite easy using the Metro. Dr Eren works fast and efficiently. He knew where to put in the anaesthetics so that I didn't feel a thing while all the drilling for the implants went on. He tries to save teeth if they're salvageable. He fixes them to make them stronger. There was minimal pain and discomfort. In fact the only painful (but very brief) part was when the anaesthetics were injected. The clinic has its own x-ray scanning machine so you don't need to go to another clinic. This saves a lot of time and money. Dr Eren takes scans before and after his jobs and is meticulous in the quality of his work. He won't let you leave until he is happy! I was asked to come back 2 months later as Dr Eren didn't want to attach the crowns to my implants yet. He wanted them to heal properly and make sure it's all fused well into my jawbone. I came back for another week. He didn't need to see me a few days while I was getting used to the new crowns, but there were moments when the bite didn't feel right, or when I had some more questions, and they always accommodated me at every single worry that I have. A few weeks later, they also sent a message to check how my teeth were doing. It just shows that they care a lot about their work. Dr Eren isn't just a dentist. He is a maxillofacial surgeon and is an expert at what he does. And his team is amazing, from him to his assistants and his receptionist. They're all extremely helpful and welcoming. The clinic is always clean and spotless; a comfortable safe space. And they really endeavour to give their patients the best services possible. Also please don't forget to bring cash, whether in Liras, Dollars or Pounds. It's just a lot easier for everyone as the Turkish banking system isn't very efficient in international transfers. I brought cash and I didn't have a problem at all. I highly recommend HospitaPrime. Five Stars aren't enough! Ten Stars! Yes! Im going back for a day or two, after a year of treatment as I only trust Dr Eren to check the state of my teeth! Firstly there are not enough stars above to convey the way I feel about my double jaw surgery/genioplasty and extensive dental work. Primarily I came to Istanbul for double jaw surgery as I suffered with sleep apnea which would cause snoring/snorting from the body’s reaction to force breathing. It would constantly wake me up and psychologically caused huge stress and a great loss of confidence, so much so that I was afraid to sleep at times. I also had a weak side profile even though I’d had genioplasty in the past. My incredibly gifted surgeon Eren Pera has managed to cure my sleep apnea and snoring, correct my bite completely and give me the beautifully aesthetic profile I have craved for so long, I was extremely self conscious prior to the surgery. The difference after only 5 weeks is astonishing, not only aesthetically but holistically. I sleep soundly, my stress has alleviated and my jawline and face shape will continually improve throughout the next twelve months. I had not planned on having dental work as I had old crowns, implants, veneers and even bone removed from my jaw for the implants. They were an absolute mess. Eren suggested a treatment plan and I had all twenty eight teeth replaced with state of the art crowns and implants. I had an ideal in my mind that they had to be natural and as similar to the natural teeth I had had before my car accident in my twenties. They changed the permanent teeth four times until I was totally satisfied and this involved taking the temporary teeth out, placing the permanent in for my approval, removing them and re cementing the temporary teeth…hours of work each time!!. The patience, dedication and the fact that Eren Pera is such a perfectionist has given me my dream smile, perfectly symmetrical jaw line and the cherry 🍒 on the cake…a good night’s sleep 😴 PRICELESS. ❤️ I have been looked after like a princess from the moment I arrived to the present. Everything is taken care of down to the last minute detail. Do not worry if you have to come alone because the care is outstanding. It’s a family business with Eren Pera at the helm, you are made to feel part of that family. Mel is the translator who speaks five languages and a great conversationalist, Serif, Eren’s brother is a lovely, endlessly patient man who has brought me to and from every appointment during the entire six weeks (my choice to stay this length of time). Aysha the dental nurse is wonderfully warm and welcoming as are the junior doctor/dentists under Eren’s supervision Salae and Ilhan. Their command of the English language is superb, it’s almost humbling. I am waxing lyrical because every word is fact. I feel extremely lucky and privileged to have chosen Eren. I did a great deal of research but thank God this is where I ended up. Last but not least the technological advancements at this clinic, Eren’s particular technique and expertise are a rarity and unique to his dentistry. You will be hard pressed to find this all of this anywhere else I believe. I also have to mention Nazmiye who keeps this clinic spotlessly clean and looks after us all with refreshments ☕️. I am coming back for my final permanent implants in my bottom jaw in February next year and I will keep you posted.
